    Information from the controller on the processing of personal data::

    1. Data Administrator. The administrator of the personal data of the contacting persons is Almus Sp. z o.o., 50 and 50a Poniatowskiego Street, 32 - 090 Słomniki, KRS 0000403913, NIP: 682-16-78-522, REGON: 120237226.

    2. Purpose and legal basis for processing. Personal data of job applicants are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the Employer's obligations under the labor law. Data may also be processed based on voluntary consent and until it is revoked. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

    3. Data transfer. Personal data is not transferred to any other entities, with the exception of trusted entities providing services to the Administrator, e.g. human resources and payroll, hosting, legal, security services. Entrusting data to such entities takes place on the basis of a data processing entrustment agreement concluded by the Administrator, guaranteeing protection at a level corresponding to the requirements of RODO.

    4. Rights of data subjects. The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to the data, rectification or restriction of processing, and, in the case of data processed on the basis of consent, the right to erasure or revocation of consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of previously granted consent. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

    5. Duty to provide data. Provision of data to the extent specified in the labor legislation is mandatory. Data in the remaining scope are provided voluntarily. Failure to provide data that are provided voluntarily will not give rise to any negative consequences.

    6. Data storage. Personal data will be processed until the end of recruitment or the statute of limitations for civil law claims.

    7. Automatic processing. Data is not processed by automated means and is not subject to profiling.
