Z.O.O with headquarters: Poniatowskiego 50 and 50a, 32-090 Słomniki, REGON: 120237226 NIP: 682-16-78-522 (hereinafter: the Company) processes personal data on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter: “General Regulation” or “GDPR”).
Given the above, in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 and art. 14 sec. 1 and sec. 2 GDPR, We inform you that:

2) we process your personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract that we have concluded or we plan to conclude at your request.
In addition, the law requires us to process the data for tax and accounting purposes. Your data will also be processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, which is:
- assuring the safety of people and property on our premises by means of video monitoring
- debt collection; court, arbitration and mediation proceedings;
- statistical analyzes;
- data storage for archiving purposes and ensuring accountability (demonstrating compliance with our obligations under the law).
3) The recipient of your personal data will be:
- our employees authorized by the Company;
- companies with whom we have concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data that support us in providing you with services:
- other recipients such as: insurers, couriers, banks.
4) Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
5) Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract concluded between you and our company, as well as after its completion for the purposes of:
- claims in connection with the performance of the contract,
- performance of obligations under the law, in particular tax and accounting,
- statistics and archives.
6) You have the right to access your data, to rectify, delete, limit processing the data as well as to transfer your data, to object or to withdraw the consent if the processing was based on it (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) or Art. 9 sec. 2 lit. and).
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body whenever you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016;
8) Providing your personal data is a condition for the implementation of this submission. You are obliged to provide the data and the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to conclude the contract;
9) Your data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the profiling).
Use of cookies
1) General information
Cookies – are short text files that are computer data used to view the content of the website, which are stored on the User’s final device (e.g. computer).
User – a natural person, an Internet user who browses the website.

Almus Sp. z o.o. cooperates with Google Analytics by promoting the site in search results and on third-party sites. For this purpose, when you visit our website, files will be automatically stored on your device to allow personalized advertising, which, based on the pages you visit, allows us to display ads based on your interests.
The cookies store information in an anonymized manner and assign users a randomly generated number to identify visitors.
Server logs
Information about certain user behavior is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used exclusively for the administration of the site and to ensure the most efficient operation of the services provided.
The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, the record may be subject to:
- time of arrival of the request;
- time of sending the response;
- the name of the client’s station – identification implemented by the http protocol;
- information about errors that occurred during the execution of the http transaction;
- URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – in case the Service was accessed through a link;

The above data are not associated with specific browsers. The above data are used only for server administration purposes.
Server logs are only auxiliary material used to administer the site and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
